My Goal: To feed my family a nutritious meal out of our food stockpile. We are “healthy-ish,” meaning we eat organic when I find it on sale, but still enjoy Oreos and McDonalds on occasion.
My Cooking Style: I love recipes with minimal instructions, especially “Dump and Go” crockpot dishes.
My Inspiration: Food that I grew up eating in my Mexican/Filipino household and items that my kids order when we eat out.
