Garlic Parmesan Fries



  •  5 Russet Potatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  2. Place sliced potatoes in a bowl and toss with coconut oil til well coated
  3. In a separate bowl, mix salt garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  4. Add seasoning mixture and parmesan cheese to potatoes and toss to coat
  5. Place potatoes, skin side down, on parchment paper and bake 25-30 minutes or until you reach desired level of crispiness
  6. Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping
