Bacon Wrapped Corn



  • corn on the cob (halved)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted) + more for topping
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • bacon (two slices per half corn)
  • toothpicks



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or spray a glass pan
  3. Lay corn halves & drizzle melted butter on. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 30 minutes, turning occasionally
  4. Remove from oven, wrap two strips of bacon around corn, setting in place with toothpicks
  5. Return to oven and roast for 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked
  6. Remove toothpicks, and serve with more butter
