Easy Wonton Soup



  • 4 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
  • 10 cups of water
  • 4-6 stalks baby bok choy
  • 1 package of mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 a Costco sized package of Bibigo Mini Wontons (smaller sizes available at select retailers)

Optional: cauliflower, thinly sliced carrots, green onion, ginger, or vermicelli noodles.


  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken base and stir til melted.
  2. Add wonton, your choice and vegetables, and optional noodles. Cook for 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
