Honey Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • kosher salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Trim sprouts’ ends, then cut length wise
  3. In a large bowl, toss sprouts in 2 tbsp coconut oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Bake for 20 minutes on a foil lined sheet
  5. Remove from oven and toss in remaining 1 tbsp coconut oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
