Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin


  • 4-5 lb pork loin
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package of bacon








  1. Lay pork loin in crockpot. Cover each side with salt & pepper (to taste), brown sugar, then garlic
  2. Wrap in bacon
  3. Cook on low for 5 hours
  4. Remove from crockpot, lay on a baking dish, and broil on the lower rack of the oven for 5 minutes (or longer til desired crispiness).
