Potato Salad

  • 6 Russet potatoes
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 dill pickles
  • 1 small can of olives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • paprika (to taste)

 

 

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes for 25 minutes, let cool for 15
  2. Cut eggs, olives, celery, and dill pickles into desired sizes.. set aside
  3. Peel and cut potatoes. Put in a large bowl and toss with vinegar.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine potatoes, chopped ingredients, and mayo mixture in large bowl. Top with paprika.
