Easy Beef Bowl



  • 1 lb beef (ground or stew)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Soy Sauce (or Liquid Aminos)
  • Stir Fry vegetables (frozen is fine)
  • White Rice



  1. Brown meat
  2. Season all sides of meat with garlic & onion to taste
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce
  4. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with steamed veggies, over rice, and enjoy!
