Smothered Pork Chops


  • Pork Chops (bone in)
  • 1 pack Onion soup mix
  • Chicken bouillon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 pack Gravy mix
  • Garlic powder
  • Corn Starch



  1. Combine onion mix, chicken bouillon (as directed on package), cream of mushroom, and gravy mix in crockpot
  2. Mix together, lumps are ok



3. Sprinkle both side of chops with garlic powder
4. Submerge in mixture as much as possible
5. Cook on low for 6 hours


6. Mix 3 tbsp corn starch with 3 tbsp water
7. Cook on high for 30 minutes
(or until gravy sauce thickens)
